The fuller shape and lack of French poincons mark this as a produced in Liege. Many of these were used in German states and the shank marking on this one- 75. points in that direction. This was originally made as a copy of the AN IX Musketoon with the longer blade. As many of them were- it was professionally shortened to AN IX musket length. Nice example.
